Returns & Replacements

Eligible Returns: We accept returns or replacement requests only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or have missing components.

Time Frame: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or replacement.

Conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase and photographs of the issue are required.

Not Eligible For Return:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer error

Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect gameplay
